A new day

8th March 2015

Accept it for what it is.

It is so easy to identify with what went wrong, so so easy.

Then the snowball affect starts.  The downward spiral of emotions, blaming, anger, resentment etc. make themselves heard.

Its so easy.

So instead try this.

Challenge yourself.

Take the time to acknowledge what went right.

It can’t have all gone so terribly wrong.

Maybe it went a little right then a little wrong.

So acknowledge the right.

Be grateful that there was a little right.

Then with a calm and balanced mind, accept that there was also a little wrong.

There is no need to point the finger, no need to accuse.

S**t happens from time to time.

Learn from it.

Accept it for what it is.

Pay attention to the lesson it is teaching you.

When you are ready to listen, you will be able to hear.
